First Purchase Agreement with Entrex Carbon Market
First Purchase Agreement with Entrex Carbon Market
CherAmi Digital is proud to announce the execution of a purchase agreement with Entrex Carbon Market, Inc. (OTC: NTRX) to supply up to 100 mobile data centers powered by stranded natural gas. This first-of-its-kind deployment model was detailed in Entrex's official press release, which outlines plans to integrate modular, high-density computing infrastructure directly at the energy source.
The first mobile unit will be commissioned at Energex Power’s site in Pennsylvania, establishing a scalable operational framework for future deployments. The agreement is targeted for full execution by November 30, 2024, with both parties aligned on an accelerated delivery timeline for the initial facility.
Innovative Approach to Sustainable Energy and Carbon Offsetting
CherAmi Digital’s mobile data centers offer a unique approach to capturing stranded natural gas resources and repurposing them to deliver low-cost energy. Many underutilized natural gas wells — whether flaring, venting, or simply shut in — are difficult to monetize efficiently and economically due to low production volumes. By deploying mobile and scalable power generation solutions, CherAmi can effectively convert stranded gas reservoirs into productive assets across a variety of sizes and locations where conventional commercial applications are not feasible.
Beyond operational efficiency, each CherAmi mobile data center contributes substantially to methane mitigation efforts by oxidizing emissions directly at the source. Through our partnership with Entrex, a leader in carbon trading and environmental market solutions, CherAmi enhances its commitment to measurable environmental impact. A standard CherAmi unit deployed through this project will offset greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to removing over 4,000 gasoline-powered vehicles from the road annually. In addition to direct carbon reduction, CherAmi's deployments bring tangible economic value by creating jobs and generating tax revenue in regions historically underserved by infrastructure investment.
Scalability for Future Growth
While the initial deployment covers one unit, CherAmi Digital and Entrex Carbon Market have established the foundation to expand to an additional 99 mobile data centers over time. The project will strategically target regions where stranded gas wells are concentrated and infrastructure decay is most severe, deploying clusters of mobile units to maximize impact. As the project evolves, CherAmi will continue expanding into new frontiers while rotating units from depleting gas wells to newly available sites — maintaining a dynamic, adaptive solution that avoids locking in wasteful practices.
CherAmi’s fleet will include a range of unit sizes and configurations, each designed for rapid deployment and operational efficiency. Every unit can be deployed and fully operational within 24 hours, requiring only a standard pickup truck for transport. This approach minimizes site preparation and infrastructure costs for operators, offering a highly flexible, low-capital solution to monetize stranded energy assets.
About CherAmi Digital
CherAmi Digital deploys and operates modular, off-grid data centers powered by stranded natural gas resources. By converting otherwise wasted energy into productive computing infrastructure, CherAmi enhances energy resilience, supports the Bitcoin network, and maximizes efficiency at the source.
Our systems are designed to remediate emissions at high-impact sites — such as flaring and venting oil and gas wells — while delivering low-cost, physically secure computing independent of the traditional power grid. CherAmi Digital’s mission is to build a resilient and highly redundant computing layer by repurposing underutilized energy reservoirs, strengthening critical infrastructure without competing for grid power.
